Survey and offer rewards are credited by the provider after they verify your completion, which can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours. Email us with the provider name, the offer/survey title, and the time you completed it, and we'll investigate with the provider.
Withdrawals are sent via PayPal Payouts to the email address you provide when you request a cashout. Make sure that email address has a PayPal account that can receive payments. If a payout shows as failed in your transaction history, your balance is returned automatically — contact us if you don't see the refund.
If you can't sign in, double-check your username and password. We never store your password in plain text and cannot recover it for you. If you're locked out, contact us and we'll help you regain access after verifying your account.
Rewarded ads depend on advertiser fill in your region and may not always be available. Make sure you're on the latest version of CashClip and have a stable connection. If a rewarded ad finishes but you don't see the credit, contact us with the date, time, and your username.
To request deletion of your CashClip account and associated personal data, email support@absustaininvest.com from the email address on file (or with your username). We may retain limited records required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
